Bi-Monthly Aerial Flights: Frequency: Twice per month during the growing season. Purpose: Capture regular aerial imagery of crops to monitor health and development. Coverage: Up to 50 acres, with the option to expand coverage at $20 per additional acre. Crop Health Imagery: Service: Use of multi-spectral imaging to identify crop stress, nutrient deficiencies, or pest issues. Deliverables: Detailed images highlighting areas of concern, delivered in an easy-to-understand format. Irrigation Assessment: Service: Identify areas of over- or under-watering using aerial imagery. Deliverables: Maps showing irrigation issues, with suggestions for adjustments. Basic Reporting: Content: Summary of findings from each flight, including key observations and actionable insights. Frequency: Delivered bi-monthly alongside imagery.
Cancellation Policy
Basic Agricultural Management Package Policy Overview: The Basic Agricultural Management Package from Davis Drone & Imagery, LLC offers bi-monthly aerial monitoring of your crops, including multi-spectral imagery, irrigation assessments, and reports. Review the policy below to ensure smooth service. 1. Service Description: Bi-Monthly Aerial Flights: Two flights per month during the growing season. Coverage: Up to 50 acres. Extra acres are $20 each. Crop Health Imagery: Multi-spectral imaging to detect crop stress, nutrient issues, or pests. Irrigation Assessment: Identifying over/under-watering areas. Basic Reporting: Bi-monthly reports with findings and actionable insights. 2. Scheduling: Flights are scheduled in advance. Notification will be sent 48 hours prior. For rescheduling, notify us 72 hours in advance. We’ll accommodate changes, weather permitting. 3. Weather Considerations: Flights depend on weather. We’ll reschedule at no cost if conditions are unsuitable. Weather-related changes are communicated 24 hours in advance. 4. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit secures your package; the balance is due before the first flight. Additional acreage fees must be paid upfront. 5. Cancellation Policy: Cancel more than 14 days before the first flight for a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. No refunds after the season starts, but credits may apply toward future services. 6. Client Responsibilities: Ensure access to all areas needing coverage. Notify us if areas become inaccessible during the season. 7. Reporting & Deliverables: Reports are delivered bi-monthly within 3 business days of each flight. They include imagery, irrigation assessments, and insights. Review reports promptly and reach out with questions. 8. Additional Services: Extra flights or services can be arranged at additional cost.
