Harvest Recovery Booking Policy Overview: Davis Drone & Imagery, LLC offers Harvest Recovery services using thermal imaging to help hunters locate game. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Service Details: Pricing: $300 per session for up to 4 hours, covering up to 50 acres. Additional Time & Coverage: Extra time or acreage may incur additional charges. 2. Booking & Scheduling: Booking: Book at least 48 hours in advance. Earlier booking is recommended during peak hunting seasons. Scheduling: Sessions are coordinated for optimal thermal imaging times, typically at night or early morning. 3. Weather Considerations: Rescheduling: If weather affects thermal imaging, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. You’ll be notified promptly of any changes. Cancellation: If weather forces a cancellation, you may reschedule or receive a refund. 4. Payment Terms: Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The balance is due before the service begins. Additional Charges: Extra time or acreage will be billed at standard rates. 5. Cancellation Policy: Standard: Cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a refund, excluding the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full fee. On-Site: Canceling after our team arrives results in the full fee being charged. 6. Client Responsibilities: Access: Ensure the area is accessible and permissions are in place. Preparation: Provide accurate search area details to assist in locating the harvest. 7. Session Extension: Notification: If more time is needed, you’ll be notified 30 minutes before the session ends. Extended Time: Additional time may require equipment recharging and will be billed at standard rates. 8. Reporting: Results: Session results will be shared immediately. Images or video can be provided upon request. Agreement: By booking this service, you agree to these terms. We’re committed to helping you successfully recover your harvest.
