With this service, you can ensure that your stunning aerial images are delivered to you promptly, allowing for quick and efficient use in your projects. Please note that Next Day Delivery must be added in conjunction with an existing booking.
Cancellation Policy
Advanced Agricultural Management Package Booking Policy Overview: The Advanced Agricultural Management Package from Davis Drone & Imagery, LLC offers comprehensive bi-monthly aerial monitoring, high-resolution imagery, and predictive analytics to optimize your farm operations. Please review this policy for a seamless booking experience. 1. Booking & Scheduling: Booking: Book at least two weeks in advance to secure service throughout the season. Scheduling: Flights are scheduled bi-monthly at optimal times. You’ll receive a notification 48 hours before each flight. 2. Weather Considerations: Rescheduling: Flights are weather-dependent. If unsuitable, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. You’ll be notified 24 hours in advance of changes. Confirmation: Final flight confirmation will be sent 24 hours prior. 3. Payment Terms: Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due before the first flight. Additional Acreage: Fees for acreage over 50 must be paid in full before service. 4. Cancellation Policy: Pre-Season: Cancellations more than 14 days before the first flight will be refunded, excluding the deposit. In-Season: Cancellations after the season starts are non-refundable, but a credit may be applied toward future services within 12 months. 5. Client Responsibilities: Access: Ensure unobstructed access to all areas. Notify us if areas become inaccessible during the season. Preparation: Provide any specific concerns or instructions before each flight for targeted data collection. 6. Reporting & Deliverables: Reporting: Receive bi-monthly reports with imagery, analytics, and recommendations within 5 business days of each flight. Review: Review reports promptly and reach out with any questions. 7. Additional Services: Consultations: Direct support is included. Schedule as needed to discuss findings and recommendations. Custom Mapping: For operations over 250 acres, custom mapping is available at special rates. Agreement: By booking this package, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
