Additional Square Footage: $50 per additional 500 square feet. Next-Day Report Delivery: $100 for fast-tracked report delivery within 24 hours. Follow-Up Inspection: $300 for a follow-up inspection within 3 months of the initial service. Video Documentation: $150 for a video walkthrough of the roof inspection, providing real-time explanations of findings and potential issues.
Cancellation Policy
Normal Roof Inspection Policy Overview: Davis Drone & Imagery, LLC offers Normal Roof Inspections to assess the condition of your roof using high-resolution imagery. Please review our policy to ensure a seamless inspection process. 1. Services & Pricing: Base Package: $300 for up to 2,000 sq. ft., includes high-resolution images and a detailed report on the roof’s condition. Additional Footage: $50 per extra 500 sq. ft. Follow-Up Inspection: $300 within 3 months of the initial service. Video Documentation: $150 for a video walkthrough with real-time explanations. 2. Scheduling: Book your inspection at least one week in advance. We will confirm the exact date and time after booking. Inspections are weather-dependent, and we prioritize clear conditions for optimal results. 3. Weather Policy: If the weather is unsuitable for the inspection, we will reschedule at no extra cost and notify you 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling is not possible, you may opt for a refund. 4. Preparation: Ensure the roof is clear of debris and accessible. Blocked access may lead to rescheduling or additional fees. Inform us of any specific areas of concern before the inspection. 5. Payment & Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your inspection. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled inspection will receive a refund, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will forfeit the full inspection fee. 6. Report Delivery: Standard Delivery: Your detailed report will be delivered within 3 business days following the inspection. Next-Day Delivery: Available for $100, providing the report within 24 hours. 7. Client Responsibilities: Ensure safe and clear access to the roof. If access is restricted or unsafe, the inspection may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion, with applicable fees. Review the report promptly and contact us with any questions or concerns. 8. Follow-Up: If a follow-up inspection is necessary, it must be scheduled within 3 months of the initial service to qualify for the $300 follow-up rate. Follow-up inspections will reassess the areas of concern and evaluate any repairs made since the initial inspection.
