Service Description
Base Package: $500 for a thermal inspection of up to 2,000 square feet of roof area. Additional Square Footage: $50 per additional 500 square feet. Next-Day Report Delivery: Optional next-day report delivery for an additional $100. Follow-Up Inspection: $300 for a follow-up inspection within 3 months of the initial service. Video Documentation: $150 for a video walkthrough of the thermal inspection, explaining findings in real-time.
Cancellation Policy
Thermal Roof Inspection Policy Overview: Davis Drone & Imagery, LLC provides Thermal Roof Inspections to detect heat loss, moisture, and structural issues using advanced thermal imaging. Please review the following policy. 1. Services & Pricing: Base Package: $500 for up to 2,000 sq. ft., includes thermal imaging and a detailed report. Additional Footage: $50 per additional 500 sq. ft. Follow-Up Inspection: $300 within 3 months of the initial service. Video Documentation: $150 for a video walkthrough explaining findings. 2. Scheduling: Schedule at least one week in advance. Inspections depend on clear, dry weather for accurate results. We will confirm the exact date and time of your inspection after booking. 3. Weather Policy: If weather conditions aren't suitable, we will reschedule at no extra cost and notify you 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling isn't possible, you may choose a standard inspection or receive a refund. 4. Preparation: Ensure the roof is clear and accessible. If access is blocked, we may need to reschedule or charge additional fees. Inform us of any specific concerns before the inspection. 5. Payment & Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of service. Cancellations made over 72 hours before the inspection will receive a refund, excluding the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the full fee. 6. Report Delivery: Standard Delivery: Reports are delivered within 3 business days. Next-Day Delivery: Available for $100; you will receive the report within 24 hours. 7. Client Responsibilities: Ensure safe and clear access to the roof. If the area is inaccessible, we may need to reschedule or cancel with applicable fees. Review the report promptly and contact us with any questions. 8. Follow-Up: Follow-up inspections must be scheduled within 3 months to qualify for the $300 rate.
